AMENDMENTS TO THE CUSTOMS CODE OF UKRAINE

The State Customs Service reminds that on November 7, 2023, the provisions of the Customs Code of Ukraine regarding the possibility of customs clearance of goods without their presentation to the customs authority will cease to be effective.

At the same time, the simplifications provided for by the Customs Code of Ukraine (Law of Ukraine 2510-IX of 8/15/2022) and the Convention on a Common Transit Procedure are an alternative to the norms that are no longer in force.

Therefore, in order to continue to use the opportunities for customs clearance of goods at the facilities of enterprises, the State Customs Service recommends that businesses obtain the simplifications provided for by the Code and the Convention.
