Starting April 19, 2025, the State Customs Service of Ukraine began accepting applications for authorization to conduct customs brokerage activities. The first authorization was granted on May 27, and by August 19 the total number reached 100. Such positive dynamics demonstrate both growing interest in legal brokerage operations and a decrease in refusals. However, the main challenge remains the quality of application preparation and supporting documentation.
It should be noted that previously issued permits will remain valid until April 19, 2026. This period gives companies enough time to adapt to the new requirements and prepare all the necessary documents.
