“Pentada Trans” Participated in the Customs Discourse on the Application of Customs Legislation in the Context of Ukraine’s European Integration

       On November 14–16, representatives of “Pentada Trans” took part in the Customs Discourse titled: “The Practice of Applying Customs Legislation in the Context of Ukraine’s European Integration.”
The event took place in Ternopil and was professionally organized by the Association of Professional Customs Brokers.

       Participants discussed current aspects of customs regulation, approaches to the practical implementation of legal norms, and challenges arising during the harmonization of customs procedures with European standards. Special attention was paid to authorization issues, judicial practice, and the specifics of interaction between businesses and customs authorities.

       The discourse brought together representatives of the customs brokerage community, manufacturing companies, and importers. For the “Pentada Trans” team, the event became a valuable opportunity to exchange experience, gain new knowledge, and broaden their understanding of modern approaches to working with customs legislation.

       The company plans to continue participating in industry events to remain engaged in professional dialogue and implement best practices in its work.
