REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PENTADA GROUP OF COMPANIES AT THE FIRST CUSTOMS FORUM. “UKRAINE’S CUSTOMS INTERESTS: CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS”
On April 7, representatives of the PENTADA group of companies took part in a landmark event — the 1st Customs Forum of Ukraine “Customs Interests of Ukraine: Challenges and Prospects.” The event took place in Irpin at the State Tax University as part of the celebration of the institution’s 105th anniversary.
The forum became a unique intellectual platform that brought together representatives of the Verkhovna Rada, the State Customs Service, the Ministry of Finance, international diplomatic missions (Japan, Lithuania, USA), and leading players in the foreign economic activity market.
For our group of companies, participation in such an event is not only an opportunity to stay informed about legislative changes, but also a chance to convey the voice of real business to government representatives. During the panel discussions, important issues were discussed, including:
- Customs European integration: the complex process of implementing European standards while considering wartime realities and the needs of the national economy;
- Digital transformation: expanding automation of customs procedures and introducing innovative data verification systems;
- AEO benefits: how the status of an Authorized Economic Operator opens new opportunities for business.
Participation in the forum confirmed that the future of the industry lies in the combination of advanced digital tools and transparent standards of interaction with business.
Following the forum, a resolution with recommendations for the Government was formed, aimed at making customs procedures in Ukraine faster and more transparent.
