Starting from February 01, 2023, the entire commodity nomenclature of the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity requires a guarantee.
Clauses 5 and 6 of the List of certain goods imported into the customs territory of Ukraine and/or moved through the territory of Ukraine in transit without providing customs authorities with security for payment of customs duties, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on September 27, 2022 No. 1091, have been repealed.
